Reservations

Reservations are available through our website, email ([email protected]), phone or WhatsApp number (+39 344 250 2398). Payment can be made a few minutes before starting the tour, Paypal or bank transfer. In order to confirm the booking through our website, you will be required to make a 20% down payment.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Privacy Policy

The data we required during the booking process will be used exclusively to complete the Roma Gastronómica reservation and will not be released to third parties.

Meeting Point

The meeting point of the food tour in Rome is the main entrance of Teatro Marcello located in Via del Teatro di Marcello, 00186 Roma RM (a few meters from Antico Caffè del Teatro di Marcello). Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the departure time.

Regarding the food trips in Italy, depending on the services you have required, the travel agency will let you know which will be the meeting point. We work with TKP travel agencies network.

Participants

The is no minimum/maximum age to participate in our activities. In case of reduced mobility participants, please notify in advance in order to take the previsions for the case. Participants with food allergies or intolerances, please consult us before making your reservation. Your health is our priority.

Our services have vegetarian and nonalcoholic versions, the service must be requested at the moment you make the reservation and at least 24 hours in advance to the beginning of the tour.

Weather and Force Majeure

In the rare case of severe bad weather or extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the parties, as a strikes, riots or roadblocks, the tour will be rescheduled to an alternative date or time.
