She's... read more personable, professional, fun, and extremely knowledgeable in history, culinary arts, and wine. Honestly, meeting her was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy in general. Upon my arrival to Rome, the amount of tourists (even in low season) was overwhelming and when venturing around the city, it seemed as though tourists traps were everywhere. The weather was also not ideal (cold and rainy) and my attitude towards Rome in comparison to other cities was a bit disappointing. However, when I met Rosalina, she completely changed my attitude towards Rome and showcased the city in a completely different light. She incorporated history, modern developments, and food culture all within the tour and took me to incredibly authentic and local places to truly experience authentic staples in roman cooking. All the establishments provided incredible service and were so friendly. The food, wine, and drinks were absolutely incredible. At all times, Rosalina made sure I was having fun and effortlessly engaged with me. She even took pictures of me throughout the tour and then made a really cute little video. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Even after the tour, she took me to the Pantheon and gave me a mini history lesson on it and then made sure I got a cab home because it was pouring rain. Rosalina was the best guide I've had on ANY tour and if you are going to do any tours, at all, this is the one to do! Trust me, you will have the most amazing time and eat incredible food along the way.

I recommend you book the tour for the first evening that you will be in Rome. And come hungry, you’ll be full by the end of the tour!
