We started with fried artichoke (I'm... read more usually not an artichoke person but I loved this), we had a different type of pizza, sampled cheeses and meats, were introduced to pasta with cheese and pepper (my new favorite, I ate this every day after the tour) and finished with gelato. Rosina explained the significance of the food as well as the history of the places and locations we visited. I would suggest taking the tour when you first arrive in Roma, we wished we would have because we would have been better educated about the food in Roma!
